Our Story
The Upgrade Authority was founded in Bristol to bring property management, guest stays, operating software and property research into one group.
The work began with day to day property operations. Bookings, maintenance, communication and finance were spread across separate tools, which made simple jobs harder to track and easy to miss.
Upgraded PM handles property services and direct bookings for the accommodation it manages. TUA Stays is a planned online travel agency. Upgraded OS is the operating system built around the group’s work, and Upgraded Intelligence publishes property evidence and research.

Founder
Hakim Parr founded The Upgrade Authority after working in property management and seeing how much time was lost between separate booking, communication, maintenance and finance tools. His military background shaped an operational approach based on clear ownership, reliable systems and evidence.
