Founded in Bristol, England, The Upgrade Authority is building the future of property technology, one platform at a time.

The Upgrade Authority was born from a simple observation: the property industry was ripe for a technology revolution.

We saw hosts struggling with fragmented tools, guests frustrated by poor booking experiences, and investors lacking access to transparent opportunities. So we set out to build something better.

Through his military background, our founder developed a deep understanding of systems, precision, and getting things right the first time. But when he entered the property management world, he was shocked by how outdated and stressful the whole experience was for landlords.
