Client Money Protection

The Upgrade Authority is a member of Client Money Protect. Our membership number is CMP012121 and the current certificate is valid until 27 July 2027.

Client Money Protect operates a compensation scheme for eligible clients if a member agent cannot account for client money, subject to the scheme rules and claim limits. Membership does not replace the terms of your agreement or the records for an individual transaction.
